There is an increased chance for people with Parkinson's disease to develop a vitamin D deficiency. Measuring the vitamin D levels and supplementing it if necessary, may be useful. Another example is vitamin E, which is being investigated as a medicine to inhibit parkinsonism (without success). However, high doses of vitamin E can cause damage to the nervous system. Vitamin C can be used in high doses (eg 1000mg per day) to acidify the urine, thus reducing the risk of bladder infection.
